How others may act during a fire emergency
Fire Warden duties and responsibilities
How to safely search the premises and pass information to the fire service
Evacuation of disabled persons
Different types of fire and which extinguisher to use
When it is safe to use a fire extinguisher and when it is not
Hands on experience using fire extinguishers
